The 7 sash and case windows on this newtown property were in fairly poor condition. We replaced 4 of the sashes which were beyond repair and refurbished the remainder, installing draught proofing, replacing all ironmongery and ropes and replacing various cills. The external pointing had been letting in water so this was cleared out and repointed.
We then carried out the painting work to finish off the job.
