Our works to Craigside House in the Scottish Borders involved replacing all existing sashes to the rear of the property with two over two double glazed sashes and full casement refurbishment.
This exposed property will benefit from the high u value of our timber sashes without compromising its beautiful architecture. The front elevation will be upgraded with six over six double glazed sashes before the winter.
Our sister company Direct Joinery Services is now manufacturing double storm doors for the rear elevation. This should improve the heat loss from this traditionally built stone building and reduce heating bills. See link for Direct Joinery Services on right hand menu.

One of the above is Double Glazed - Which one? The window on the right is a 14mm slim line double glazed unit with a 27mm astrical. Split down the middle into a
2 over 2 with a 'through' astrigal making four individual double glazed units.
